Welcome to my website! I fell in love with reading as soon as I could hold a book, and writing wasn't long after that. My first complete book was a hand-illustrated, stapled masterpiece entitled, "The Jumping Jack-O-Lantern," about a Jack-O-Lantern that jumped out into the street, got hit by a car, and had to be pieced back together by a girl and her mother. Eat your heart out, Humpty Dumpty.
I'd like to think my writing has come a long way since elementary school. As a teenager, I got into things seriously--started attending conferences, taking classes--and when I went to college, I doubled down and settled into an English degree with no regrets. Stories are the simplest things imaginable, just words on a page, but when they're told well, they contain entire worlds, and they change lives.
I'm happy to be here telling stories, and I would love for you to come along.
