About the Author

Elizabeth (Liz) Lowham started writing at fifteen and never stopped. She dreams of a future house that is seventy-percent library, with at least three lavish window seats fit for a princess. Her reality is five bookshelves and a rocking chair, which isn’t so bad, either. Apart from reading and writing, her hobbies include sewing, sketching, dancing, eating, and other -ing verbs.

Liz has a Bachelor of Arts in English from BYU-Idaho. She lives with her husband and two children in the Loveland area of Colorado. Her books have been shortlisted for national awards, including Reading the West and the Teen Choice Awards. Casters and Crowns received the Foreword INDIE Gold Medal for best Young Adult Fiction along with a starred review from Foreword Reviews.
